Pepperoni Bagel Pizza’s

When growing up everyone has their favorite meals.

Whether it be chicken nuggets, spaghetti and meatballs or something like corn dogs. (YUCK!)

But EVERYONE has a favorite.

And mine happened to be PIZZA!

Thin crust, thick crust, big slices or small squares, red sauce, white sauce and everything in between.

I love the stuff and literally am not exaggerating when I say I could eat it everyday.

So what better way to give a nod to my childhood favorite than make BAGEL PIZZAS.

Plus they are probably the easiest thing ever and your kids(or spouse 😉) will LOVE you.

Pepperoni Bagel Pizza’s

Makes 6 pizzas

Ingredients:

3 bagels, cut into halves

1 cup organic tomato sauce (I used Eden Foods)

1/2 cup organic pepperoni (I used Applegate Farms)

1 1/2 cup organic Mozzarella, shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

2 tbsp fresh organic basil leaves

2 tbsp fresh organic parsley, chopped

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Cut bagels in half, if not already precut. Put bagels on a sheet pan.

2. Layer on pizza sauce, then mozzarella, Parmesan, and finally pepperoni.

3. Put bagels into oven for 15-20 mins, checking them after 15 mins. Remove them when cheese is golden and pepperoni is crisp.

4. When bagels are done sprinkle on basil and parsley. Nom!
